Important Notice

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter or win our sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Free mail-in entry is always available. Please read this refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Nature of Entry Purchases

When you purchase an entry package from Ignited Memories LLC, you are purchasing additional sweepstakes entries — not a product or service. Entry purchases are voluntary and are made with the understanding that:

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win
  • Purchasing entries does not guarantee winning
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received
  • Entry fees are used to fund operations, prize preparation, and future sweepstakes

2. General Refund Policy

All entry package purchases are final and non-refundable once the entries have been logged into our sweepstakes system. This policy exists because:

  • Entries are immediately recorded and counted upon purchase
  • Issuing refunds after entries are logged would create an unfair advantage for other participants
  • The sweepstakes drawing process requires a fixed, verifiable entry count

3. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Issued

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same entry package due to a technical error, we will refund all duplicate charges promptly.

Failed Entry Processing

If your payment was processed but your entries were not recorded in our system due to a technical failure, we will either credit your entries or issue a full refund at your preference.

Sweepstakes Cancellation

In the rare event that a sweepstakes is cancelled before the drawing date, all entry purchase fees will be refunded in full within 10 business days.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made using your payment information, contact us immediately and we will investigate and process a refund if fraud is confirmed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the qualifying exceptions above:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of the transaction date
  2. Provide your name, email address, and order/transaction ID
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 3 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended and your entries being disqualified from the sweepstakes.
