When you purchase an entry package from Ignited Memories LLC, you are purchasing additional sweepstakes entries — not a product or service. Entry purchases are voluntary and are made with the understanding that:
All entry package purchases are final and non-refundable once the entries have been logged into our sweepstakes system. This policy exists because:
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
If you were charged more than once for the same entry package due to a technical error, we will refund all duplicate charges promptly.
If your payment was processed but your entries were not recorded in our system due to a technical failure, we will either credit your entries or issue a full refund at your preference.
In the rare event that a sweepstakes is cancelled before the drawing date, all entry purchase fees will be refunded in full within 10 business days.
If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made using your payment information, contact us immediately and we will investigate and process a refund if fraud is confirmed.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended and your entries being disqualified from the sweepstakes.
